Tools:

• Washing Soda Crystals
• Hot Water
• Sand
• Salt
• Clean Water
• Sharp Knife

Washing Soda Crystals:

Place live eels into a sack
Sprinkle in a cup of soda crystals
Shake eels around
Remove and scrape of the slime
Wash clean in water
Remove the stomach

Hot Water:
Place hot water into a shallow tub
Dip eels into the water till the slime turns white
Scrape of the eel
Wash in clean water
Remove the stomach

Salt:
Place live eels into a sack
Sprinkle in a cup of salt
Shake eels around
Remove and scrape of the slime
Wash clean in water
Remove the stomach

Sand:
Roll the eel in the sand to coat all the slime
Scrape away the slime
Wash clean
Remove the stomach
