Ingredients:
* 200g Chilli Chicken, sliced
* 1 Tomato quartered
* 2 Baby Corn
* 50g Celery, sliced
* 50g Beans, chopped
* ½ Onion, sliced
* 1Spring Onions, sliced
* 50g Red Cabbage, sliced
* 2 Button Mushrooms, sliced
* ¼ Carrots, sliced
* 100ml Satay Sauce
* 100ml Olive Oil
* tsp Cajun Spice
* tsp Roasted peanuts
tsp Garlic, crushed
Into a bowl mix vegetables with raw chicken.
Drizzle over the top the olive oil and satay sauce
Season with garlic, nuts and Cajun spice then place into a hot pan or onto a hot grill plate to sauté quickly.
Sauté for 3 minutes till chicken pieces are cooked through thoroughly.
Serve hot
