Venison – Deer Sinew

Ingredients:

• 4 Deer Sinew
• Mushroom
• Brocolli
• Carrot
• Spring Onion
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Oyster Sauce
• Soy Sauce
• Soya Beean Oil
• Salt

 

Trim the sinew

 

Boil the sinew for 10mins

 

Change the water and boil until 80% cooked

Chop the sinew to small pieces after it cools down

Pour some soya bean oil into the wok and heat up, fry the spring onion, ginger and garlic

Put the sinew and the other ingredients together fry for several minutes

Pour some chicken soup into the wok stir fry for one more minute and finish cooking
