Venison – Deer Pizzle

Ingredients:

• 1 Deer Pizzle
• Bamboo Root Pieces
• Mushroom
• Chinese Vegetables
• Garlic
• Abolony Sauce
• Soy Sauce
• Sugar
• Chicken Soup
• Salt

Trim the pizzle

 

Boil the pizzle for 5mins

Change the water and boil until 80% cooked

Cut the pizzle into small pieces and make the pieces like flowers

Boil the chinese veges for a few minutes and put into the dish, making a good shape(add a little salt)

Heat up some soya bean oil and stir fry the garlic, spring onion and ginger for 1 minute. Put the other ingredients and chicken soup. Cook for 10 mins add some oil then finish cooking
