Ingredients:
• Crocodile
• Wattle
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Gum Leaf Oil
• Salt
In a bowl sprinkle the crocodile with the wattle to evenly coat the meat.
Lightly season with salt
Heat frypan. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil tossing continuously.
Remove from heat.
Serve with a gum leaf oil lemon chutney & fresh greens.
