Bleed deer by sticking knife thru the chest
Make an incision up the belly
Remove the stomach and the other organs
Tip out the blood

Cut thru the ankle bone on the front leg
Snap thru
Keep the tendons connected
Slice down 20cm inside bone under tendon
Repeat with the other leg

Cut thru the back leg
Place hi vis thru the front shoulders
Push the front leg thru the hole of the back leg
Lock into place
Cut off the head
Remove the throat

Place arms inside the leg backpack
Lift onto back
Carry to destination
