Ingredients:
* 200g Egg Noodles
* 5 Prawn Tails
* 60g Crab Meat
* 50g Cooked Chicken slices
* 50g Cooked Beef slices
* 2tbsp Canola Oil
* 40g Deep fried Tofu
* 30g Carrots, thinly sliced
* 30g Cabbage, thinly sliced
* 20g Onion slices
* 2 cups Chicken Stock
* 1tsp Sugar
* ½tsp Salt
* 2tbsp Coconut Cream
* 1tbsp Laksa Curry Paste
* 2tbsp Fresh Coriander, chopped
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat, then stir in the laksa paste and keep stirring until it is a little browned, about 3 minutes.
Pour in the chicken stock, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, stir in sugar, salt, vegetables, prawns and simmer for 5 minutes.
When you're ready to begin assembly, stir in the coconut cream, beef, chicken, crab meat, tofu and bring to a simmer.
Arrange the noodles into serving bowls and pour over the soup, garnish with chopped fresh coriander, serve hot.
