• 2 Apples
• 1 Pear
• 1 Pineapple
• 1 Lemon
Preheat oven to 100 degrees Celsius on bake.

Place into a bowl.
Peel banana and cut into ¼-inch slices on an angle, place into same bowl as apples and pears.
Cut lemon in half and squeeze over prepared fruit, toss the fruit in the juice to prevent browning.
Cut the skin away from the pineapple and slice into even wedges the same thickness as the other fruit.
Place all fruit onto an oven tray.
Place into oven, turn oven down to 60 degrees celcius and allow to dry slowly. Turn the fruit over after an hour and a half. Fruit should feel like leather after 3 hours which indicates that they are ready.
